[OS X TeX] TexLive 2012 luatex test

You need to run
/usr/texbin/mkluatexfontdb
So that LuaTeX knows where the fonts are, you don't need to install
those optional fonts into the system. They are already in
/usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-dist/fonts/opentype/public/lm
