[OS X TeX] example files using latin modern TeX Gyre and or (OTF) and or Linux Libertine (TTF) ?

I plan to use xelatex with mac os x fonts.
Do you know of an how to about the preamble to use ?
Also what kind of install on mac, system or user ?
