[OS X TeX] New distribution

I am trying to typeset my article "What Is New in LaTeX? IV. WYSIWYG LaTeX" which I wrote last year. With the 2012 TeX distribution it will not typeset: 

File `eurofont.sty' not found.

Was this file dropped. Does anyone have it?
