> I assume that you mean that when you open the Source it also opens thee Preview and that magnification is set as 152. Did you press the Set button after setting the default magnification to 180 in TeXShop->Preferences->Preview->Fixed Magnification Amount? It will go back to its original setting if you don't press the Set button.
