[OS X TeX] TS 3.06 crash on Lion

The steps below will put TS into an unresponsive state:

1. In a saved document, make a small change (eg type a word)  but do NOT save.

2. Choose Edit/Duplicate

3. When it gives you the choice to Duplicate and Revert, Cancel or Duplicate, choose Duplicate. 

Nothing happens - the file is not Duplicated

4. Choose Edit/Duplicate again

At this point TS becomes unresponsive and has to be forced to quit.
