[OS X TeX] Another Lion quirk?

If I close the pdf while keeping the source file open, and then command-click on the source, it opens a blank pdf that has the correct name but without any contents. If I remember correctly, before Lion this would open the corresponding pdf. I see this behavior with TS Version 3.06 (3.06) and OS 10.7.1.
