Hmmmm... I'm no longer using 2.43 on Lion but have switched to TeXShop 3.06 (experimental). Information about that and a link to download it at <http://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/lion.html>.

I just tried it out TeXShop 3.06 with Lion and it seemed to work fine.
