Howdy,

Simply move the <tslatexmk> FOLDER in <For ~/Library/TeXShop/bin> (in what you downloaded from my download site) in to <~/Library/TeXShop/bin>; replacing the one that is already there. 

Then move the 9 files with extension .engine that are in the <For ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/> folder into the ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/ folder.

(Note: ~/Library/ is the Library folder in your HOME folder.)

See the tslatexmk FOLDER (see the leading `d' in the permissions on the left)?

NOTE: you can do all of this from the Finder, no need to use Terminal for this process.
