Many thanks for all the advice/information on latex on an IPad. Tex 
Touch seems to be my solution when I learn how to typeset remotely; I do 
not leave my home IMac on when away.

I was thinking of a book on all the features of TeXShop, not a latex 
manual, but appreciate there is a list archive to explore. I like the 
organized, indexed, hard copy of a book.
