[OS X TeX] TeXShop 2.43

Folks,

When I released TeXShop 2.42, I forgot to update a hidden file in the distribution. Consequently,
users who updated did not get the new ConTeXt engines in ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/Inactive.

This is fixed in TeXShop 2.43, and is the only change in that version.
