[OS X TeX] TeXDistPrefpane.prefpane is a little too verbose

Build 42 of the prefpane is an old version from early in the TeXLive-2011 beta period.
The latest version is 128, and is included in the MacTeX-2011 beta which I
uploaded last night. Please go to the TeX Live beta site to retrieve it.

The Pref Pane has always been named TeXDistPrefPane.prefPane in
/Library/PrefPanes, but this name is hidden from the user. Even in the
Finder, its name appears to be "TeX Distribution" and 99.99% of users
will only see it in Apple's System Preferences, where it is also called
"TeX Distribution".
