[OS X TeX] Chinese counting rod numerals

Hi, y'all.  Does anyone know if there is a font set I can use to typeset Chinese counting rod numerals, and how?

When I googled "tex font chinese counting rods", I found this

that mentions it under the heading "CJK Number Forms," but I don't know how to access the counting rod numerals using the CJK package.
