Either choose "Show in Finder" from Xcode and open /usr/local/bin in Finder as well to drag PDFFonts from here to there or open Terminal and type: "sudo cp <now drag the Product from the left side onto Terminal> /usr/local/bin" and finish by pressing the Return key.

Presumingly in both cases you will be asked for a pass word. (The target directory /usr/local/bin certainly will exist from the Mac TeX installation.)
