Howdy,

Did it work under Snow Leopard? Are you using CocoAspell 2.1? Do  Get Info… on /Library/PreferencePanes/Spelling.prefpane and make sure it is (Universal) --- maybe it was ``cleaned'' of Intel code way back when.
