Hi.

Using the fancyhdr package within the book class, setting things up via:

\pagestyle{fancyplain}
\renewcommand{\chaptermark}[1]{\markboth{\chaptername\ \thechapter. \ #1}{#1}}
\renewcommand{\sectionmark}[1]{\markright{\thesection\ #1}}
\lhead[\let\uppercase\relax\fancyplain{}{\rmfamily\upshape\thepage}]%
     {\let\uppercase\relax\fancyplain{}{\rmfamily\upshape\rightmark}}
\rhead[\let\uppercase\relax\fancyplain{}{\rmfamily\upshape\leftmark}]%
     {\let\uppercase\relax\fancyplain{}{\rmfamily\upshape\thepage}}
\lfoot{}%
\cfoot{\fancyplain{\rmfamily\upshape\thepage}{}}%
\rfoot{}

On every page, I get the following:

> Package Fancyhdr Warning: \headheight is too small (12.0pt):
> Make it at least 13.59999pt.
> We now make it that large for the rest of the document.
> This may cause the page layout to be inconsistent, however.

Suggestions on how to fix? Thanks.
