[OS X TeX] Using TeXShop as a markdown editor

Axel,

Fantastic. In that case I'll add these engines to the ~/TeXShop/Engines/Inactive
folder in the next version, add ".md" as a file type that TeXShop recognizes
for processing, and add ".md" as a file type TeXShop can edit. This will
be in version 3.04.
