I am sure it would be a favor. And I have been considering. Here, for
instance, is the beginning of a file of mine entitled
MacMiniDualMonitors:

>> imac 27 $1270
>> Cinema 24 $600
>> Cinema 30 $1300
>> Total $1870

>> PlanarPX27 $250	(Circuit City, TigerDirect,CompUSA)
>> ViewSonic VA2702W 27" Full HD	DVI-D $250	WalMart/Amazon
>> Keyboard $50	Logitech diNovo
>> Mouse $30
>> Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter $6.46
>> Connector
>> Total $1287

The trouble is, I am absolutely, totally incapable of making the case
to myself.

Indeed.

On the other hand, I already enjoy texing in the sense that I can now
write without being hindered by LaTeX. Of course, occasionally, I
think of doing something more, like when I wanted to have chapter
indexes, but ... But the contents are really what I want and, for
instance, I could not care less about fonts.

And, with this list, I don't even worry that something could go wrong
when, occasionally, I do start tinkering.

Best regards
