[OS X TeX] TeX Live Utility: installfont persistently listed

Howdy,

Try to select the three packages and use Actions->Reinstall Selected Packages and see if that fixes the problem. This rarely happens but sometimes the tlmgr database is not the same between different repositories and things get out of sync; rare but possible.
