[OS X TeX] tlmgr / Tex Live Utility problem?

Today I installed texlive 2010 on a Mac, then tried to use Tex Live Utility to bring the packages up to date. It told me (I think!) there were about 180 updates, one of which was critical. It updated texlive.infra. I then quit TLU, restarted it, and looked for updates again. It told me there were no updates available, which does not seem right. Here is the output:
