[OS X TeX] PSA: YALE - Yet Another LaTeX Editor :-)

Someone on this list compared Scribo to Latexian. Both editors are based on a one window display, which is split into the navigator, source code, and preview parts; and both editors are beta. However, Latexian at this stage offers more: instant preview, code completion, clips insert, and it's stable to use. I like the project folder option: all related files (in different formats) are displayed in the navigator and are accessible from it. The author is also very responsive. 
It will be interesting to see how these editors evolve but right now I am using Latexian a lot.
