[OS X TeX] Linux --> Mac: Beamer and "Non-PDF special ignored!"

Herb,

You are correct; after using that option, the log no longer says
"restricted" before "\write 18 enabled," but the "Non-PDF special ignored!"
errors persist.  (While with sudo, the log still shows restricted, but
everything works.)
