[OS X TeX] Sweave from texshop

Hi,
Is there a way to run Sweave from texshop (a macro or script) without
needing to run the .Rnw file in R first? In other words, I am looking for a
way to run Sweave on a Rnw file that I'm editing in texshop without needing
to use R. Ideally I would be able to do to things in texshop.
