[OS X TeX] MacTeX 2010 corrupted?

I have twice downloaded
http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/mac/mactex/MacTeX.mpkg.zip

I try to unarchive it with unzip. I get an error along the lines of "archive
doesn't have a proper end; perhaps it's only part of a complete archive?"

Has anyone else had this problem?
