[OS X TeX] TeXShop and latexmk and makeindex -s gind, oh my

Howdy,

Attached is a compressed folder that contains two items. Place the `dtxmkrc' file into the ~/Library/TeXShop/bin/tslatexmk/ folder and the `dtxmk.engine' file into ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/ folder. Restart TeXShop and the dtxmk engine should show on the engine popup on the source window toolbar.

Please let me know if this works properly since I only tested it on a very simple dtx file.
