Does the font appear in Font Book? Usually you install a font by  
opening it with Font Book. Then a form opens showing some glyphs plus  
a button to install the font.


BTW, a font's name is not necessarily related to the font file's name.


Why do you need to drop the PS file on that "distiller?" Apple has its  
own in Mac OS X...

There's something the technicians need to learn from the artists. If  
it isn't aesthetically pleasing, it's probably wrong.
