[OS X TeX] Removing built-in engines from drop-down list

Hi,

Is there a way to remove built-in engines from the drop down list in TeXShop? For example, I don't ever use the plain tex, context, metapost, or metafont engines. Can I remove them from the drop down list, or are they hard-wired? I already removed some I don't use (xetex), but I don't see a way to remove those.
