I thought I had long been over the edge.

I don't seem to be able to make it work. Shft-Cmd-3 does nothing that  
I can see, Shft-Cmd-4 allows me to select but then nothing. But of  
course, I was just surprised and rarely do any screenshot of a  
pulldown menu.
