[OS X TeX] Synchronization

Something weird:

I have two chapter files, made out of the same mold.

One synchronizes perfectly under "Both" (TeXShop 2.26) and the other  
one doesn't. I got rid of all auxiliaries and it still doesn't.

Not a big deal as that file is on its way out in any case (I am  
transferring stuff from it to the other.) Still, it annoys me not to  
figure out what is going on.

Any idea what could be the cause? (It isn't the first time this has  
happened but it is rare.)
