[OS X TeX] Xelatex fontspec Texshop and command line

Thanks Peter. I was not sure how to find out which packages come with
ConTeXt, or for that matter with LaTeX in TeXlive. Thanks for the
pointer towards tlmgr. I will read its documentation to see how to use
it.
