[OS X TeX] Who is using biblatex?

Quite often (and quite unfortunately) I have to translate my LaTeX formatted PDFs to rtf (i.e. to meet the guidelines of some academic publications). But I gather that latex2rtf doesn't support it, this being the reason why I haven't tried out biblatex (which has seemed very appealing to me since I first heard of it).

So, does anyone know if the team developing latex2rtf has any plans to support biblatex? (Or does it already?)
