I don't have time to write anything detailed.  Roughly speaking, you need to change directory (cd) to the directory where your LaTeX file is located.  Once there, you need to run latex2rtf on your .tex file, e.g. `latex2rtf foo.tex`.  That should give you enough to search for...

I believe it will process included files, but you'll need to try it to make sure.
