Howdy,

That tells you where things went wrong. It's not a TeXShop error since  
that is just a front end and it did execute the proper engine. More  
than likely there is a problem with one of you eps graphics. You can  
try to drop the individual graphics files onto TeXShop, which will  
automatically convert them to pdf, and see which one is giving a  
problem.
