[OS X TeX] Why does this hang so = [OT] electronic books

 From my old publishing days I can believe that. But these were pre- 
pdf, at a time when you had to provide "blues". I don't know how it  
is today.

For that matter, I cannot find any "Print On Demand" printer  
interested in having a button on freemathtexts for people who want a  
printed copy.
