[OS X TeX] TeXTable

I just would like to say that TeXTable 0.2 is again announced on its
former website (which was out of service for some weeks), but there
seems to be no working download link.

TeXTable is a small programme that I have found extremely useful for
creating LaTeX tables on the Mac. It would be quite sad to have it
disappear altogether.
