[OS X TeX] command completion in TeXshop and Texworks

Which download did you use, the CommandCompletion.zip or the TeXShop2.28(HS)(Lite).zip?

Just curious. I have no idea if there is anyone out there actually using that personal version of TeXShop that I build.
