[OS X TeX] [OT] Hijacking thread

There was a thread containing a couple of posts. Then it was hijacked
by no one than thread originator. Then after couple of posts another
(and highly esteemed member of this list) decided to explain the
hijacker the fallacy of his behaviour and almost everyone in this list
decided to take a part in this fun. As a result both TeX threads were
buried under a huge and fast growing pile of Netetiquette 101 and
Emailing Primer.

Not that I am against tarring and feathering of Thread Hijacker but I
suggest to do it in a separate thread as such posting is also a thread
hijacking :-)
