Howdy,
If you want to see what the TeXShop default Macros are simply temporarily move the Macros folder out of ~/Library/TeXShop/ and TeXShop will recreate the default Macros Folder. Take a look at the defaults and see if there is anything you're missing. Just put back your Macros folder when you're convinced you haven't missed anything. I don't think the default Macros have changed in quite a while.
