[OS X TeX] Copy TeXShop Macros

Just became a happy MacTeX 2009 quasi-user for 3 minutes. Now another
question, on my 6 years old powerbook (running OS 10.4 and TeXShop
2.2), I have quite a few macros for TeXShop (for various journals,
conferences ...). Now how could I import these macros to a newer
macbook running OS 10.5 and TeXShop 2.28? I poked around but am still
not sure which file(s) exactly I should copy over.
