[OS X TeX] TeXShop: Stability issues and window position

I'm happy with some of the changes I've seen. For me the line numbers make
up for anything else.

But yes, I've had some problems with the window positions. My bigger window
problem is that the preview window frequently opens with a squished upper
bar/menu area, so I can only read the lower half of page numbers and don't
have full-sized buttons to press.
