Howdy,

As I said before, if you are using MacTeX 2007 or 2008 you should be  
able to simply use /usr/texbin/pdflatex in that preference. That is  
what I used and it compiled fine. If that doesn't work what does the  
command

which pdflatex

return in Terminal?
