TeXShop also recognizes this syntax with a space between the % and !,  
as in

	% !TEX TS-program = luaLaTeX

This is the preferred form because it avoids %% and the controversial  
%!. In the next version of TeXShop, the "program", "encoding", and  
"root" macros will produce this form. The old %!TEX and %%!TEX  
versions will continue to work in the future.

Translating TeXShop Help is always in a chaotic state because it is  
such a thankless task. Users who want to update localized help should  
write me so they don't duplicate effort, and then proceed.
