[OS X TeX] Word to Latex and Back again

Hi,

I know this is not realy the right place for this, but I have been  
looking for a converter from word to latex. The OpenOffice Plugin/ 
Extension has some problems with the document in question.

Has anyone any experience with those converters? (I know they are for  
Windows, thats why i said it's not really the right place to ask this.)
