Why that? This is overkill! Portions would be prepared that you never  
might visit. If the file is, in lines, larger than, say, seven times  
the portion you see, then TeXShop should set up the first two or  
three "pages" and then wait (actually it could continue its work of  
colouring at much reduced intensity), until the user scrolls (or  
jumps via find) into an unprepared area. Then TeXShow would continue  
just-in-time (and also a bit above and below).
