[OS X TeX] BibDesk 1.3.20 release notes problem is fixed

Hello all,

When the 1.3.20 BibDesk release was put online this afternoon, there  
was a problem with the release notes. That problem has now been fixed.  
Everything else about the release went smoothly, though.

So, download away!
