Where is epstopdf? I definitely get this warning:

	Package epstopdf Warning: Graphics driver file `pdftex.def' not loaded.

Among the list of files used in the test document I have:

	graphics.cfg    2007/01/18 v1.5 graphics configuration of teTeX/TeXLive
	   dvips.def    1999/02/16 v3.0i Driver-dependant file (DPC,SPQR)
	epstopdf.sty    2008/05/06 v1.7 Conversion with epstopdf on the fly  
(HO)

with:
