Followed your instructions, great. When choosing the dictionary, I have three English (United States). How do I choose?

It turns out that CocoAspell installs a later version of Aspell and the dictionaries need to be recompiled. The easiest way to do that is to remove the dictionary folder(s) from /Library/Application Support/cocoAspell/ and re-install (or remove them before installing CocoAspell 2.1 in the first place).
