[OS X TeX] [OT] Gratitude

	I agree. I often use this list as an argument for my Mac friends who  
are thinking of getting into LaTeX. The friendliness of this list, and  
the helpfulness, are far and away above the norm for most computer-y  
listservs. Telling potential converts that they can almost always get  
helpful help (there is unhelpful/ungracious help aplenty out there)  
goes a long way to easing concerns....
