Thank you very much for this solution.  The technique will be very useful.
It is an efficient way to do the conversion. From the original 
document one can create different optional sizes. There are several 
choices of output sizes: 6x9, 7x10, 7.5x9.25, 8.5x11 etc, depending on the 
company printing the book.
