[OS X TeX] BibDesk cite key autocompletion does not work any more on TexShop 2.18

I downloaded the latest version of TeXShop 2.18 before the weekend.
Just now I found the cite key autocompletion feature of BibDesk does
not work for TeXShop anymore. I have removed the inputmanager bundle
and re-installed again but still no luck.

Is there something else I should do to enable this feature?

My system is OS 10.4.11. Thanks.
