[OS X TeX] TeXShop statistics

I've been trying to obtain more accurate statistics from TeXShop by
tweaking the wrapper script it uses. All I've done so far is remove
entries for the PDF info and catalog since these can get quite long if
you include a lot of keywords.

I just wondered if anybody else had done this and, if so, what tweaks
had proved most helpful (or otherwise).
